Target Health and Safety Systems
Occupational safety and health problems (K3) lately continue to evolve with advances in science and technology tusat industry.Progress
has resulted in the emergence of a variety of problems and dampat
increasingly complex industry and has invited the attention of many
people.This
is evident from the many stresses that come from society at large for
the management and industrial presence in the midst of their lives. The
emergence of intense competition between industries, often associated
with a variety of issues that K3 can be used as a tool to enter the
world market.The
above circumstances change society's view of the importance of the
implementation of K3 industry seriously in its activities. But
in fact, provide an understanding of K3 is not easy when the breadth of
the scope of the terms that must be addressed and the manifold problems
that exist and the related impacts that could lead to accidents
resulting from an incident.The
size and the possibility of accidents due to or arising severity is a
risk of a hazard to establish an industry or corporate events. In
activities of the industry or the company goal of industrial
development can be said to obtain maximum profitability through the
financial details, so that the risk of the industry, of course, will
reduce the value of the acquisition, since the risk of a loss in value
principle is expressed in the form of value for money or cost. Therefore,
in an effort K3 is often attributed that accident prevention is
essentially a development of the risk of loss of control of the company
through its entirety.In
order to overcome the problems and who do not meet the requirements
necessary efforts K3 occupational safety and health which is essentially
the responsibility and common interests of a party employers, labor and
government.Enterprise-uisaha basically been implicit in the Law. 1 of 1970 concerning occupational safety and is targeted to be achieved, namely:In General;•
Protecting labor in the workplace in order to always guarantee safety
and health, so it can be realized increased production and productivity.• Protect any other person who is always at work are safe and healthy.• Protect materials and equipment so that production can be achieved safely and efficiently. In particular:• Preventing or reducing accidents, fires, explosions and occupational diseases.• Securing machines, installations, aircraft, equipment, and materials production.•
Creating a workplace environment that is safe, comfortable, healthy and
adjustments between jobs with man or between man and work. The
successful achievement of K3 particularly in industrial organization
depends on management's views and support the implementation of the K3.This
expression is based on the fact where there are many managers who
believe that the implementation of K3 in the company will reduce
corporate profitability and a cost.This
view is not at all justified, because in essence the implementation of
K3 will actually double its profits through the prevention of accidents
which may cause losses and increase productivity. Not
even exaggerating when an industry that has a high risk of the view
that implementation of the K3 is the responsibility of all employees,
and not solely the responsibility of any part or head of the company. This is possible given the statement mengidentikan management issues with the product K3.Therefore,
any treatment of the product can not be distinguished by the treatment
of the K3, so the K3 targets that are part of the overall management
process plays an important role in the achievement of the objectives K3
through control or the company has targeted to prevent, reduce and
combat any form of accident which can result in losses that are not desired by the company. On the basis of the above K3 management can be defined as follows:• It is an integral part of management's general or specific.•
Achievement of management principles and techniques in an effort to
support the successful achievement of safety and health in general and
goals / targets K3 in the Company as part of the overall company
objectives.
